Our Suffolk plumbing and heating team work with a variety of clients in the Suffolk region.
New build property developers LDA Developments have now completed 12 new build properties using Focus Plumbing & Heating within the last 2 years. This includes 12 Grant Aerona heat pumps, all registered with a 7 year warranty thanks to our G1 accredited status.
Focus have completed various Suffolk plumbing & heating works for Forefront's general building site since start up in 2022. Forefront and Focus have recently completed the renovation of Roots Cafe at Blackthorpe Barns that reopened to the public in October 2023.
A well known letting agent in Bury St Edmunds, GD Estates require both regular boiler servicing and landlord gas safety certificates, which Focus have completed, as well as other plumbing & heating maintenance and repairs.
In 2024 Focus will be working with Elder Brook Homes to complete a new build property in Bacton near Stowmarket. This property will benefit from underfloor heating and a new Grant air source heat pump.
